My one suggestion is to please offer, as other dealers and repair shops do, a Zero Interest Payment Plan. This would allow and encourage more repairs, and help all of our budgets. Having to pay the entire amount at once was a step back in technology. More

My husband and I were shopping for a vintage thunderbird convertible. Automation had two 2005 anniversary editions, a white and a silver. We wanted white, so we test drove that one. It had 53k miles. The car had a distinguishable shimmy, soft brakes, and very stiff steering for power steering. We asked that they test the engine on the car and they did. Apparently some error code came up, but without further diagnostics, they would not be able to know what the problem was. And they said they were already losing money on the car and would not do any further testing to tell us what the problem was. Plus they told us the car did not qualify for an after market warranty. So we walked away. We found a better, cleaner, nicer car with only 32k miles at Clear Lake for almost the same price, plus we were were offered an extended warranty to purchase which we did. More
