We been going to them for the last two vehicles great customer service and I am so happy I bought the Ford ST Explorer. Went in for an oil change with appointment as a waiter. I was on time and the intake went ok but it took 1 1/2 hours until I had my car back. That is way too long for an oil change. The personnel was frien I was on time and the intake went ok but it took 1 1/2 hours until I had my car back. That is way too long for an oil change. The personnel was friendly but offered no explanation or apology for the delay. This not acceptable for a top dealership. More
