Mostly good but a bit unorganized. I traveled over a thousand miles by motorcycle. Then on my test drive they locked my helmet in the show room and everyone left so I had to wait another 25-30 minutes to get my helmet back so I could leave safely on my motorcycle. There was also damage to the front grill of the vehicle that wasn’t at all disclosed to me. They say I can have it fixed and then send them the bill and they will reimburse me. Which is nice but also kind of pain in my butt and if they where straightforward up front and ut wasn’t a surprise I’d have felt a lot better about it, then surprise there is extremely noticeable damage to the vehicle. When we where doing paperwork they said they needed two forms of ID with photos. I only had one on me . That seems like very important information to tell someone traveling from multiple states away. Luckily they let me take a photo and send it to them once I got home. But definitely felt like they could be more considerate of there Client’s time and needs. I definitely asked what was all needed before I rode my motorcycle thousands of miles to get there? Everyone was nice and respectful and they went above and beyond to drive the truck over to Harley so I could load my bike and drive back. All in all I’d do business with them again just some things I think they could probably be more translucent about making the process more stream line and upfront and credible. More
Sales was very easy to deal with. They gave me what I was asking for on the trade in. They followed up with me the next day to strike deal! I’ll be back! They gave me what I was asking for on the trade in. They followed up with me the next day to strike deal! I’ll be back! More
Service department inefficient in scheduling and feedback. Quality of actual service was good but experience in getting in done needs improvement. feedback. Quality of actual service was good but experience in getting in done needs improvement. More
