Daniel Park was easy to work with. He asked me what I wanted, there were three vehicles available on the lot. He showed me the features of all three and I selected one that same day. We reserved our Outer Banks Ford Bronco with a hardtop at AutoNation Ford Corpus Christi in August of 2020 and last Saturday June 11, 2022 we received the call that it came in. We were overjoyed about it at AutoNation Ford Corpus Christi in August of 2020 and last Saturday June 11, 2022 we received the call that it came in. We were overjoyed about it until we got to the dealership. We had been told close to 10 times during the wait that Ford was going to honor the 2021 price of the Bronco. AutoNation even gave us a printout with the price on it. Ford did not honor that price. They raised it almost $ 1800. AutoNation Ford Corpus Christi said they couldn't do anything about it. AutoNation Ford then added $ 5000 to the price of the Bronco. This was after they said they would not, until we walked through the door to get the Bronco. They have known for some time that they were raising the price. They said they are doing this with all Broncos. They also low ended us on our trade in giving us $37,000 for a 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid with only 6,900 miles. I asked them for another $1000 since they were sticking it to us and was told they can only sell it for just over $ 39,000 because of some rule. This turns out to be another untruth. It is now listed on their website for over $43,000. We love the Bronco (except it sounds like you are driving in a wind tunnel and you can't hardly talk to each other when you are going into the wind.) We do have a hard top. Hopefully, the service department will be able to make some adjustments and make it better. A day that we had been looking forward to turned into a very disappointing day. We were given untruth after untruth throughout the process until we walked out the door. More
