I broughr my car in due to losing air from the r front tire. Ms Brandy De La Fuenres was my Service Adviser. She recommended an air fiktercrenewal and the power steering system service. This is my 3rd battery in about 5-6 years. Ms Brandy told me the tire had to be ordered and would be 2-3 hours so I rtook the shuttle home and they packed me uo in a few hours. More

You know when as a mom you worry about your daughter especially being 11 hours away from her, so when I received this recall on my daughters car. I was so happy to meet Alicia. Started great when I set the appointment for the recalls. It was explained to me the process would take only one day. As it turned out I have to bring my car back on the 25 of July to complete the process. T It was explained to me the process would take only one day. Now the problem is that the issue that was not done are the door latches . As I understand it the doors can open on their own I would think this is a safety hazard and I bet Ford would want these NOT To fail. Hopefully they won’t but but I am going on a lengthy trip from the 11 through the 15 of July. Way before they can replace my door latches. More
Had our SUV serviced this past week and it was done in a timely manner. We’ve bought all our vehicles from here for the past 20yrs and have only had 1 bad experience. I wanted to let you know how awesome David, my service manager, turned out to be! When I first got there, I felt like just because I was from San Antonio they wanted to get me out. But once David got my manager, turned out to be! When I first got there, I felt like just because I was from San Antonio they wanted to get me out. But once David got my car in, he did a great job! He communicated with me probably daily. He secured a car rental for me immediately. When we thought the rental needed to be extended, he called Enterprise immediately. I have worked with Northside Ford, Bluebonnet Ford, etc.. for 30 years. This was by far the best experience we have ever had. And I will tell you something else. I am the first to let you know when something is not right. I am also the first to give kudos. I really appreciate all of the quick work, communication and willingness to help. David deserves a real pat on the back. We might even buy our next car from you so we can do business there again. More
