I needed an oil change and tire rotation for a last minute out of town trip and my Service Advisor Alicia assisted me in getting this done on short notice. Alicia Gamez has been my Service Advisor for several years. I won't deal with anyone else. My reason has nothing to do with any of the other Service Advisors. Alicia Gamez is everything you want in some years. I won't deal with anyone else. My reason has nothing to do with any of the other Service Advisors. Alicia Gamez is everything you want in someone whose job is to deal with the general public. She listens to you and she maintains a consistent demeanor regardless of the attitude of the customer. Alicia treats every customer as if they are her only customer. She explains everything in a language that is easy to understand and if she doesn't have the answer she doesn't hesitate to get one. This visit to the Service Department was no different. In fact, this visit required a few more complicated challenges then a normal maintenance visit. Alicia was great in addressing them all. In fact, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Donnie in the Service Area. He did a great job I making all the necessary repairs and even took the time to review a couple of options in making one of the repairs. Many thanks as always to folks like Alicia and Donnie More
