I know the sales manager as Zeke, which is short for Ezekiel. This is the fifth car I have purchased from either him or now his sales staff. I am 62 and over the years I have purchased quite a few cars, Ezekiel. This is the fifth car I have purchased from either him or now his sales staff. I am 62 and over the years I have purchased quite a few cars, Zeke has always made the buying experience Enjoyable and has always given me the Best buying experienced available at the time. His staff now reflect his attitude Which is a very good thing. It's always nice to have a new car but it's even better when you have no regrets over the buying experience. More
The experience was amazing, they answered every question I have truthfully and if they didn’t know something they found it out. I travels 27 hrs one way to deal with them! 10/10 I have truthfully and if they didn’t know something they found it out. I travels 27 hrs one way to deal with them! 10/10 More
The salesman didn't sell me the truck, I sold it to myself...although not too much of a problem, but he didn't have to act so annoyed every time I would talk to him. The finance manager that helped me myself...although not too much of a problem, but he didn't have to act so annoyed every time I would talk to him. The finance manager that helped me was a good guy, very helpful, but the salesman ruined it for me. Glad still got the truck though. More

Our salesman Daniel Park was professional and courteous and took the time to answer all of our questions. I would gladly recommend my friends and family over to him when they look to purchase a vehicle. and took the time to answer all of our questions. So I needed a new vehicle as my old chevy is on it's last leg. I've been wanting a Reg. Cab short bed, 5.0 for a few yrs now and went and bit the bullet. I know dealers have their markups, they have to make leg. I've been wanting a Reg. Cab short bed, 5.0 for a few yrs now and went and bit the bullet. I know dealers have their markups, they have to make money, I got that. But a 2000+ destination fee is outragous! And when asked to remove the fee, I'm told that Ford Motor charges the dealer that fee PER CAR. To me that's utter xx. No dealer would pay that when you can ship a car across the country for around 600. At that point it would be cheaper for the dealer to buy it's own hauler and employ 2 drivers. The MSRP they quoted is also xx. This is a plain jane xl. Fords web site lists the MSRP as 33 grand. All thats in the truck extra was tint and a bed liner. That isn't even a 1000 bucks worth of upgrades. Yet their MSRP was 38,000.00. Out the door was almost 42. I did add the extended warranty. So the whole price screw was in full affect. I went along with it as I HATE car buying because of the dealer xx you have to deal with no matter where you go. To save me time and stress I just bought it. The one positive was they did talk me into letting them run it through ford credit. I had an approver through my CU and Fords rate was MUCH lower. The sales kid new nothing about cars. Any question I asked he either had to look up or just said he'd have to ask someone. So I just stopped asking. The other good thing was the time it took. It was a quick process in regards to my past purchases. So it wasn't all negative. Will I buy from them again. No. Would I recommend them, no. More
