Very poor service. It took more than 15 minutes to check me in. At that time there were 5 other people waiting behind me. I was the first to get there. I kept call for anther extended amount of time untill I was able to speak to a representative. Bd service. The ride home was Reagan. He was very good. The ride from my house to the dealership was someone else. He used to may cuss words. And the driving felt unsafe. More

Patrick was great! we were from out of town and blew a rear seal. Third time I have paid to fix this, first time at Ford.
