I can’t believe it took over 3 hrs just to do an oil change and rotation. That’s cause I even had an appointment set up. To get someone to answer the phone or return my call is horrible. I’ve called the manager Zeke on some issues and has never returned my call as he has promised several times. I would love to speak to the GM of this dealership. I have bought over 6 or 7 vehicles from this dealership yet it seems like my business is not of value to y’all. Wish someone of higher management would contact me. I thinking about buying another vehicle but not sure if from this dealership location.. Patrick who was the gentleman who I had to go too when arriving at dealership left to lunch and my vehicle was sitting in the front from who knows how long ready for me, but I went to ask for the 3rd time if it was ready and the lady at the counter said she didn’t know how to check me out. The other gentleman who gave me the keys said he was the shuttle driver. So a 3rd employee sitting at the same counter told her just have him sign and then Patrick can do the rest when he comes back. Omg horrible experience. Don’t know what was checked or not checked on my vehicle. Not professional at all. More

Brought a new F150 in December 2022. Worked with Todd and had an overall good experience. The sales team was courteous and respectful at all times. The physical space in the dealer left a few things to be desired and I did have to find my own water and coffee and sat in on cheap chairs in an open area we could have done with a little more privacy.
