Service rep was very dishonest stated he called me about an issue with my vehicle but he never did ( and even after I played the voicemail he left me stating my vehicle was ready to pick up still tried to s an issue with my vehicle but he never did ( and even after I played the voicemail he left me stating my vehicle was ready to pick up still tried to say it was my fault) instead I picked up my vehicle just to find a puddle of oil in my garage. Explorer never had any leaks prior to me taking it in and if I would have been informed I would have had it fixed instead this dishonest employee costed me a day out of town and loss of hotel deposit More
