AutoNation Ford Burleson needs better training and/or hold the Techs & Service Reps accountable for a "Job Done Right". I asked the Customer Service Rep to be sure that the Tires were Rotated when I bro hold the Techs & Service Reps accountable for a "Job Done Right". I asked the Customer Service Rep to be sure that the Tires were Rotated when I brought my F150 for Check Engine light & oil change. My truck needed a new O2 sensor and oil change. In addition to not Rotating the Tires, the Tech did not reset the Oil Life indicator. This is the second time in a row that the Service Tech failed to reset the Oil Life indicator. Are they actually changing the oil in my vehicle or just charging more than $100 to say they did? More
Our one year old "fixed ten months ago Escape" fell victim to the same TSB as the first break down, defective parts, and follow up, from another dealer. My worst fears confirmed by Matt's mechanic's, left me angry and disappointed that it was not handled correctly the first time, while still under a TSB and factory warranty exactly 10 months ago. Matt's service department was stretched thin, with no lack of things to do, but that did not affect his fantastic attitude and personable service to me. He let me know the problem, and the solution. He constantly stayed in touch, updating me on my vehicles and repair status. The repairs were major, and had it been another dealer, or service writer, could have taken weeks. Not only did it happen at "break neck speed" but the service report reflected the extensive undertaking in detail. We have had the Escape back now for three days, taken on a small trip, and commute, it is running better than it ever has. If you're like me, and dread the typical Service interaction at a dealership, fear no more, there is a service professional, and a dealership that will go above and beyond expectations, Matt Masters, and Autonation Ford Burleson are the ones to see. Dropped off Explorer for routine oil change full service, and seat belt issue we discovered recently while out of town.
