Professional service, but time consuming and very difficult to communicate with them. Truck sat for 2.5 weeks. After an update to the computer system/attempt to erase a recall I was asked to pick up my truck. They said if I continue to have to the same problems (which they said was a high pr system/attempt to erase a recall I was asked to pick up my truck. They said if I continue to have to the same problems (which they said was a high probability) then just bring it back in. Truck has the same problems. Customer relations told me on a Friday that she and her service manager, along with a mechanic would contact me on Monday. That never happened. Overall very disappointed on the service/lack of service received. If the service department knows that the recall needed to be fixed, then why no fix it while the truck was there for 2.5 weeks? More
