I had my truck in for 70,000 mile services and the service department did an excellent job! The moment I checked in they were professional and prompt. Professional service, but time consuming and very difficult to communicate with them. I was unable to get ahold of the service department over the phone to find out if my truck was close to being fin difficult to communicate with them. Truck sat for 2.5 weeks. After an update to the computer system/attempt to erase a recall I was asked to pick up my truck. They said if I continue to have to the same problems (which they said was a high pr system/attempt to erase a recall I was asked to pick up my truck. They said if I continue to have to the same problems (which they said was a high probability) then just bring it back in. Truck has the same problems. Customer relations told me on a Friday that she and her service manager, along with a mechanic would contact me on Monday. That never happened. Overall very disappointed on the service/lack of service received. If the service department knows that the recall needed to be fixed, then why no fix it while the truck was there for 2.5 weeks? More
