Service department does not return calls or supply and form of update on the vehicles. We had our vehicle here for over 3 weeks and were told they could not find anything wrong and that was after weeks of form of update on the vehicles. We had our vehicle here for over 3 weeks and were told they could not find anything wrong and that was after weeks of calling with no response. Honestly doubt they even drove it or they would have been able to tell within minutes. Worst service experience ever. Took it elsewhere and was able to get answers back in 2 days. More

Staff kept me informed regarding the process and I had a great experience overall. More
Dropped off my 2020 F250 King Ranch for a window issue that was an issue since purchasing in December and oil change (truck has 1700 miles on it) was told that may not be cover under warranty??? Dropped off my Ford F-150 for a recall. Received a phone call a few hours later that it was ready for pickup. Got there signed the paperwork got the key and was gone. Friendly and clean. Need to accommodate customers without smartphone capability. Should use a customer status board or verbally seek out customers when work is complete.
