Second time at this service department in 3 months (same vehicle, under warranty, different repairs). First time was ridiculously frustrating with very poor communication and trouble getting a rental for a vehicle, under warranty, different repairs). First time was ridiculously frustrating with very poor communication and trouble getting a rental for a lengthy repair. This second time was much better. Christian was very helpful, responsive, and answered my questions. I didn’t need a rental this time, thankfully. However someone from service left their half full Starbucks cup in the cup holder which was disconcerting. (We don’t drink Starbucks and there was no name on the cup.) More
Brought my vehicle in for diagnosis. Had to order parts. All is good… until… They held the parts for a week before contacting me to set appt. Made the appt and they decided they couldn’t do it that day. Mad All is good… until… They held the parts for a week before contacting me to set appt. Made the appt and they decided they couldn’t do it that day. Made phone call after phone call in the ensuing days to make a new appt. Left multiple messages with service advisors AND service manager with ZERO return calls. I had to call Ford Complaint service to get any movement from this dealership. I only did this because I didn’t want my driveshaft falling out as I was still driving a defective vehicle. They get 2 stars only because it was finally repaired in about 4 hours only after Ford contacted them on my behalf. More
Worst dealership ever. They do not answer the phone. Oil changes take forever. They broke my oil pan skid plate d=so they just tie wrap it. Matt Masters definitely knows, understands, and provides excellent customer service! He truly went above and beyond when my truck needed to be serviced. You could double what you are paying him and you woul excellent customer service! He truly went above and beyond when my truck needed to be serviced.
