AutoNation Ford Burleson - Service Center

I had scheduled an appointment for an emmission recall on my 2016 F350, I arrived about 8am, a service advisor meet me and in a few minutes he had me checked in. I was going to wait for service to be complet my 2016 F350, I arrived about 8am, a service advisor meet me and in a few minutes he had me checked in. I was going to wait for service to be completed, less than 2 hours later they were done. I am very happy with how fast they got me in and out!!! My service on this visit was excellent. I showed up at around 3 pm without an appointment. My sunroof would not fully close. Service Advisor Matt Masters got them to look at in right away and had it fi around 3 pm without an appointment. My sunroof would not fully close. Service Advisor Matt Masters got them to look at in right away and had it fixed so I could pick it up by 6 pm. This was not a simple repair or cleaning to get it working but a replacement of the guides on the sunroof track. While he had it they also performed 3 minor recall work orders on my F350. I don't hand out great reviews to people who do average work but in this case Matt and the service department at AutoNation deserve to be recognized for a job very well done. Thanks More

To start I called to make an appointment to bring my 2019 F-150 in on a Monday morning for a warranty issue. I was told they could look at it that day and have me ready on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and goes and my truck is not ready and now they tell me they don't know when the parts will be in and can give me no idea when my truck would be ready. Saturday comes and my truck still is not ready but they find me a loaner car. So I drive to the dealership Saturday morning to get my loaner car and was told they still had no idea when the parts would be in. So I take the loaner car and leave and drive an hour home only to get a phone call 30 minutes later saying my truck is ready. so I spent almost 4 hours on the road back and forth to the dealership on Saturday. needless to say the communication was terrible.
