Last time I will take my car to this dealership, price for an oil change doubled and the reason was they have to use Ford products only and I don’t buy it plus I was not warned ahead of time. For some reason you can’t pay at the cashiers office you have to wait for the service writer, Fernando, to deal with other customers and phone calls – this is ridiculous and probably the reason they don’t come out and take care of you when you drive up. I’ve been a customer for many many years and I’ll be finding a new place to take care of my vehicles. More
Will never take my vehicle to this dealership again. If it wasn't for the help from Linda Belota, I am not sure I would have ever found anything out about my truck. Tried calling the dealership to try to get any update, but could never get anyone on the phone. Multiple calls were made Left messages for my service attendant Christian, service manager James, but never received any call back. Had to show up 24 hours later to get a face to face with Christian for an update. He never answered phone calls, emails or returned the voicemails left for him. Since it was an emergency situation I had no choice but to drop it here at Autonation Burleson. Understandable that there is labor shortages, but how hard is it to call someone back when they call or better yet, when you say you will call. You cannot tell someone I will call you at 9 and the "customer" has to call at 10 to hopefully get an answer. We are mobile 24/7 now, simple phone would went a long way. Linda saved the day and if it wasn't for her who knows what would have transpired. More

They had a big job to do by fixing the bed plate on my 2010 f250. Pull cab and pull motor and set it up on shop table to fix. Almost one week and leak free and when they put it all back together, the engi 2010 f250. Pull cab and pull motor and set it up on shop table to fix. My service advisor was very good. But apparently some of the technicians have quit or were let go. My service (oil and filter change and tire rotation) required minimum expertise. But I would be concerned about having service items performed that would require a higher level of expertise. More
