Best dealership in Texas! From start to finish this place is hands down the very best dealership I’ve ever worked with. They aren’t pushy or make you wait for hours. The fi From start to finish this place is hands down the very best dealership I’ve ever worked with. They aren’t pushy or make you wait for hours. The financing was smooth and pleasant as well. Very nice people all the way around. More
Brought my vehicle in for service, any time I would call for an update I would get voicemail and then a call back sometimes the next day. I had to go to the dealership for updates. I did get calls wanting for an update I would get voicemail and then a call back sometimes the next day. I had to go to the dealership for updates. I did get calls wanting to perform additional repairs twice but never an update. Was not notified when the repairs were completed, came by the dealership and my service advisor was not there but was given an update by someone else. Came back the next day and my service adviser said he had to check if complete and then said it was and then completed the paperwork so I could have the vehicle back. More
I arrived at 8:46 for a 9:00 service appointment for a vehicle for general service (oil change, tires rotated). I was immediately greeted and had some minor questions answered about an additional opportu vehicle for general service (oil change, tires rotated). I was immediately greeted and had some minor questions answered about an additional opportunity which was very helpful. Appeared to be a great visit with great service, or so I thought. At the hour and half mark I inquired about an estimate of work and much longer it might be in order to schedule a few more errands for the day. I was told that it wouldn’t be much longer but that both air filters needed to be replaced (I assumed under the hood and in-cabin) so it may take a few more moments. No worries I thought, they are just being through. After an additional hour wait I went to inquire again and was told “I will go and find out what the hold up is” by the service writer. I never saw him again. At 12:30 I was greeted by another man who’s name I do not remember, explaining what had happened; the keys to the vehicle had been misplaced and were just found and the truck was sitting with the other recall vehicles in the back corner of the lot and had never be in a service bay. I elected to go get the vehicle myself and leave as by this point I was pretty heated and did not want to say something inappropriate. The gentleman obliged, showed me where it was parked. I have since collected my thoughts and attempted to call to speak with someone to resolve the situation, but have been met with an endless string of phone transfers to voicemails. Mistakes happen, totally understandable, but the sheer lack of integrity and bold face lies is far beyond unacceptable. I personally would not trust the service department nor any others at this point due to the lack of communication, resolution, nor respect and responsibility. The gentleman who brought me the keys was at no fault, he tried to de-escalate the situation, I commend him for that, but by that point I felt the need to remove myself to avoid confrontation or causing a scene. At this point I honestly only want an apology and explanation and some information on what other locations I might be able to visit to have the service provided in accordance with the package included in the vehicle purchase.
