AutoNation Ford Burleson - Service Center

If you are looking for a trustworthy dealer to make any repair or do any recall warranties I would try another location. I took my suv to get the roof rails repair and they didn’t fixed anything even thoug repair or do any recall warranties I would try another location. I took my suv to get the roof rails repair and they didn’t fixed anything even though that is an exterior repair which is visible. the advisor Christian didn’t even checked the work before calling me after 8 hours that the repair was done. I had to go back to the dealer to show him the repair was never done All he said “I’m sorry, i didn’t know that this was what had been done. I will for sure write it down and talk to the person who fixed it. I will called you back once I order the part to reschedule.” Still waiting on that call but I still wouldn’t take it back for them to hold on to my vehicle for another day and not do the work. More

Horrible experience! Left the vehicle, no calls, no calls back as promised, and on the 9th day and they still hadn’t looked at the vehicle. Any communication was initiated by us, never them, and it is at least a 30 min ordeal to find a service representative. We had car towed to Hillsboro Ford. They looked at and fixed the car on the same day. Ford care is great when you can actually get your vehicle fixed at a Ford dealership. Unfortunately, Autonation Burleson is not a good option if you actually rely on your vehicle. They truly do not care about their customers. If they did, we would’ve heard from someone at this point. Still no apologies, nothing!!! More

Purchased my sons truck. He has only made 1 pmt, and the starter went out. And call me crazy but this starter that had to be replaced cost $1000.00!! They did give me a discount however and we ended up paying about $400 in the end.
