to the point: double confirmed service appt. for 8:30am. car sitting in lot at 10:15am. i was told :there only two techs. doing services. (is this somehow my problem) i was told that it would take two more hours before they got the car into the service bay. service writer was pleasant and apologetic and said he even moved me past his clients in the que. simply put if you run a business and commit to an appt. do not give excuses for your inability to honor the commitments YOU made. went to Hooks Lincoln, it is a new facility and very nice, free snacks and water, multiple waiting areas, go there! More

Knowing that my credit was ok and the only person purchasing the vehicle to take my toddler and family around. They repeatedly gave me a vehicle that was unreliable and gave me the go around on fixing it. I was out of a vehicle for 3 months when my motor locked up after having it for 6 months! The only thing they did was got me a rental for 1 week! 1 week out of the 3 months! It was so hard and I cried many times in front of them and leaving there. I am done crying and want to make sure people see this and don't have to go through what I did. I pleaded with them that I am sharing vehicles and needed something to get to work and around and they said nope we do not have loaners! I said Ok please call me on any updates because it's hard for me to make my way up there! Nothing no calls no emails until I called corporate and only for the general manager to tell me that I could not get another vehicle because of my credit. I only did what they told me to do the service department told me to come and try to purchase another vehicle after I told them I wouldn't be qualified! I had to drive up there once a week in these 3 months to find out about my vehicle! Finally I got in touch with the parts department last week and I commend them only for caring about me enough to reach out to the service department and Christian for me. I do not recommend this place to nobody! I got my Kia Sorrento back yesterday and if it breaks down again I'm done I will not go back to AutoNation I'd rather my credit score be demolished before dealing with anyone there again. All they care about is gaining another sale, that's it! I also want to add that I have receipts of the care I took with my Kia Sorrento in the 6 months I had it before the motor locked up on making sure the oil was changed new tires all that jazz. So they cannot say that I did not take care of my vehicle because I did! More
#2 edge purchase here. Things have changed as with the world. Ended up got my vehicle done and all good. Leaving it was a bit worrisome.
