The Service is always great, however the wait time is another story. I made an appointment for 8:00 am, got there at 7:45 and left at 10:45. 3 hours for an oil change and to fix a recall. Took my truck in for a horn not working. Dealing with Christian in service and Linda in customer service was great and very helpful. Took my truck in on a Monday to fix the sunroof. Picked it up on Saturday and back to the service department on Monday after a trip to the car wash and found a leak. I took my 2017 F150 in to AutoNation because it was dying but no lights came on. Matt my service advisor stayed on top of the repairs and they even had to get Ford involved.
