Service department writers and management is a complete joke. They will not return calls (even General Manager) and are so disorganized they cant even keep their stories straight. Honesty and communicatio joke. They will not return calls (even General Manager) and are so disorganized they cant even keep their stories straight. Honesty and communication is the key here and they have neither one. I would not ever take a vehicle there or recommend them to anyone for service. Its a shame that corporate has allowed this type of thing to happen in our once small town where honesty and a handshake means everything. More
I continue to receive excellent service for my Expedition. My low tire pressure warning light came in and I was unable to find an operating air compressor throughout Burleson. I went in to get assistance and after filling my tires, the extremely low tire became obvious. Carlos and the team quickly inspected the tire, made necessary repair (plugged hole) and got me back out within an hour. Great and timely service to unexpected / unknown issue. More

I asked if I could bring it back when my date comes up and they said no I had to leave it there today. I asked why and they said that was the policy. I told them then I could not be without it that long for work and they again said that was there policy. More
Service center is not great. Recall and oil change. They did not look at my account to see if I had a maintenance agreement. They should have done more then change the oil. They should have change filters check tires rotated tires but they did none of that. I told them my tires need air but evidently they didn’t look at it so the tire pressure was still low. The service paper said I denied a 20,000 mile service when I did not because I wasn’t asked deny anything. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. My husband Has had issues when taking his truck in for maintenance. He says we will never use this dealership again. When you call and ask for a manager you’re always told he’s not there so you leave a message and he never calls you back. More

Customer service is working hard to correct any communication issues between their customer and service repair person. This is a new beginning and I am very hopeful that this helps to improve custo communication issues between their customer and service repair person. You REALLy don’t want my opinion on my latest visit. !!! An appointment at 9am for safety inspection and check to see why my windshield washer wasn’t spraying on driver side. Arrived at 8:45 and request !!! An appointment at 9am for safety inspection and check to see why my windshield washer wasn’t spraying on driver side. Arrived at 8:45 and requested my car back and left there at 12:05 pm after only getting the inspection. Another man with appointment at 8:45am for oil change and tire rotation was still waiting when I left. A pretty young lady in shorts arrived with no appointment heard us talking and decided she better check to see how long the wait. They had already taken her pickup into the bay for the oil change. Now how do people with NO appointment get quicker service than ones with appointments. If you check your files you will see I have spent many dollars for services on my 2003 Mercury mountaineer. Not likely to happen again any way soon!! More
