Stranded in Texas, broken transmission on 2020, it sat in the Burleson Ford lot for a week with zero communication. They don't answer the phone, they don't return phone messages and they told me they would get it in due to the circumstances, which was a lie. If they were doing as they should, they wouldn't be afraid to return phone calls. More
If it hadn't been for Service Advisor Zachary Pontuti is would have been a disaster. The other customer service was nonexistent. I was promised a call from the parts department on Thursday. I called four times between Friday and and Saturday. Talked to three different men and one woman who promised to find out the status and me a call back. The woman said she texted my problem to the manager of the facility and he would call me...didn't happen. All I wanted was to know the cost of the rims and an estimate when they might arrive. Simple, right? By Monday no one had returned my calls so I went to the dealership and learned that the parts department had not called me the previous Thursday. In fact, I saw the work order in the parts department box. The gentleman sale someone was supposed to call and inform me the rims couldn't be ordered unless I paid for one. I paid for both and he ordered them. Zackary, no I'm not his mother and had never met him before, promised to call me and let me know the status. I came home and he did exactly what he'd promised. I knew exactly what to expect and the cost. Seven days later, I drove away with new rims. My 11 years old Ford has 65K miles on it. It was bought there and has never been touched my anyone other than that dealership. It was such a simple thing to drop the ball on. Let's say I was disappointed that three men and one woman who apologized for no one calling me back hung up and did exactly the same thing. No thanks, I don't need to speak with you. More
This service center got me in on an appointment for an oil change and some tires that were leaking air. They took great care of me and had my truck back to me the next day! Worst service department ever. Pull up and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to come out. Finally Linda got us some help. Was told by Linda the last time I was there that they are no longer taking appointments. This time they are taking appointments. Anyway it would be a 2 hour wait for an oil change. One service writer told us that he had a car in for 3 hours and they haven’t started it. I told them I can’t wait. They wanted me to drop if off on my way to work. They are not open when I go to work. Linda said she would call me on Monday and try to get me a loaner car. No call. I will probably not go back even though I have 1 “free” oil change left. More
