I have been to this dealership before but this time it just took too long. I came in for an oil change and it took 5 hours. I understand some places are suffering because of shortage of staff but there n just took too long. I came in for an oil change and it took 5 hours. I understand some places are suffering because of shortage of staff but there needs to be better communication. Tell the customer up front that it will be a long wait time. I came in @7 in the morning as soon as they opened even than it took that long. After I had been there 3 hours without an update I got up to ask for an update and never heard anything until an hour later I guess the guy remembered that I had asked, only then he went and said my truck was in the shop. That's all he said, he didn't explain at what stage it was in or if was going to be another 30 minutes or another 2 hours, all he said was it's in the shop. When the truck was done I received a call and went up and paid. He handed me the key and told me my truck was out in the parking lot somewhere, he told me to use the horn button on the key so I could find it. It was parked in the back and when I got there there was a bag over the seat and a paper on the floor mat which is used so the technician does not get the seat dirty but I expected that this would not be left in the truck. I just ended up with some trash in the cabin. Also I would like to add that other places offer a ride home if it is going to be a long wait time, this way the person does not have to wait that long. If I would of had a ride home I could of just came back when the truck was ready. More

After a rocky start my Service manager Matt Masters came thru with with flying colors!!!! He bent over backwards to make sure my car was fixed properly. He handled my situation with professionalism and pati thru with with flying colors!!!! He bent over backwards to make sure my car was fixed properly. He handled my situation with professionalism and patience and went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend him highly as he is an asset to Ford Nation Family!!! However your bodyshop in Arlington needs work on their timeliness in scheduling jobs. We were told the part was in and it was in their shop 9 days before it was fixed. But not as long as the 9 weeks when I first bought the car in June 2020 and they were putting in a mounted outside tire. But I did get to try out several new vehicles while my car was in the shop and Matt made sure I was kept happy. More
