AutoNation Ford Burleson - Service Center

I purchased A Ford Escape in Jan. of 2021 . I had trouble with driver door while still under warranty and took it to Auto Nation in Burleson . I was told they did not have loan cars o of 2021 . I rented a car in Burleson and called Ford Relations ask if this was normal . they called the dealer and told them they either give a loner or Ford would pay 45 dollars a day for 10 days for rental. I kept the rental for 10 days while my car was being fixed. The same thing happened to the other door a few weeks later and I rented a car for 7 days .then they gave me a loaner car. the service manager applied for me 17 days of 45 dollars and was told that my rental from Enterprise was not a ford so they would not pay me . I was never told that I should rent a Ford card . I was left holding the bag. this was a slap in the face for Ford owners . I paid cash for the car when I baught and I am very sorry , I will never buy another Ford , especially from Auto Nation. More

Service department told me that it would take 12 to 24 hours to get diagnostic done and on third day they did not know what I was talking about after I was told it was assigned. I went for a new tire! Waited 2-3 hours. The same tire still kept going flat! We looked and they never even changed the tire! When I got the car , the breaks squeaked! Waited 2-3 hours. Next time , they said the same thing ! Then, I took it back again . Now they said it's not normal I need to get them worked on and it's not covered in my warranty! They have the nicest people working there but the service is not good. I feel like they just pushed me off thinking I would believe that it was normal! One time they didn't shut my hood all the way and I noticed it on the freeway! Luckily nothing happened... I do not want anything other than the work on my car to get done correctly! The warranty I am paying for! I have never asked for anything else! I don't feel comfortable even going in the place anymore! Like I said good people with bad service ! More
