This was by far the hardest dealership to actually get in contact with as far as service goes, I had to call sales just to get in contact with anyone else, but I gave the 3 stars because once I was actually contact with as far as service goes, I had to call sales just to get in contact with anyone else, but I gave the 3 stars because once I was actually in the building most of the workers seemed to actually want to help me while the other half had the absolute worst attitude about it and pretended they didn’t say things to me over the phone to avoid judgement from coworkers. Probably will not be going back here unless it’s my last resort, even the worker in charge of me and my vehicle resigned from this building so it must be bad inside and out. More
When I first arrived I had to look for a service rep instead of them coming to me like normal. The one I found was playing on his phone. Communication was poor with the service rep. He tried to give me instead of them coming to me like normal. The one I found was playing on his phone. Communication was poor with the service rep. He tried to give me my vehicle back before fixing the recall. I told him I had an extended warranty on it and he never looked it up. Once I finally got my vehicle back they advised the recall only covered one of the exhaust. I told the new service rep that I had an extended warranty. He told me he would look it up and get back with me at later date about fixing the other issues I had. I’ve called 5 times and left a message all 5 times and still haven’t heard back. It’s been almost a month and still nothing. I have bought 5 vehicles from AutoNation in Burleson and always did my vehicle maintenance there. This is the worst experience I have ever had. More
We were having some issues with my wife’s vehicle not starting so we scheduled an appointment. My appointment time was 08:25. By 11:30 I was told it just had a bad battery with several dead cells and nee starting so we scheduled an appointment. My appointment time was 08:25. By 11:30 I was told it just had a bad battery with several dead cells and needed to be replaced. At nearly 5 pm my wife was finally leaving the dealership. Nearly 8 hours to replace a battery on an Expedition. If this place didn’t say , “FORD” out on the street, it would be out of business. More

Took my truck in to get serviced. The service comes with a tire rotation, to which I delined. I only asked that they air up the tires. After the service was complete, I noticed that The service comes with a tire rotation, to which I delined. I only asked that they air up the tires. After the service was complete, I noticed that the air pressure was low. I went back into the service area, and they told me they aired up the tires. Tried to give me some lame excuse of they couldn't reset my sensors since it was a Ram. I was a bit perturbed, so I left and aired them up myself. I didn't need to reset anything, they just needed air. Yay for being lied to! More
I brought my 2013 Ford Escape in for two manufacturer recalls. The appointment was easy to make with flexible times. When I brought the car in, I was attended to very quickly and was given honest and rea recalls. The appointment was easy to make with flexible times. When I brought the car in, I was attended to very quickly and was given honest and reasonable expectations on when my car would be returned. They communicated via text and phone message. Pickup was as easy as the rest of the process. My service advisor was Kip. Very personable and professional. More
