I am still dealing with a company that is dishonest and very unethical. The will answer your bad review by saying so sorry give us a call and we will rectify the situation. Well Same thing, that is as far as it went, the GM will not answer or return calls nor his subordinates. Just lip service on the review to save face I suppose, but it is very unscrupulous and dishonest to continue to ignore a patrons concerns. So I must give this place 0 for effort and one star because it wont go any lower. I would not take my daughters red flyer wagon to them for fear of it never coming back. My car they had 6 months and are still not agreeing to fix the situation. More

Turned my car in for some repair Aug 10th of 2024, then never saw it again until Oct. 31st 2024, tried to pick it up but they had left the sun roof open and it became a "rainbarrel" for them for, I suppose at least a couple of the months because the sunroof was stuck open and didn't work. I refused delivery until they fixed it, well, they got back with me on Jan 8th of 2025! and finally said it was ready. In the interim my family had some out of state travel that was needed so we were forced to rent cars to get it done. After all of that they were willing to reimburse for the cars because of their negligence but that has also been a lie. End result of the whole ordeal, a vehicle that was mia for me for 6 months! and has a mold smell that makes my wife having to bear the odor, and damage on the interior from the repair of the sunroof. I will not be dealing with this Autonation anymore after 25 years of off and on business with them. It is best to go a few miles further to find a stand up type dealer. More
Bought a 75k pickup in October 2024 and have attempted to get the radio (car play) fixed three times. Still not working. I guess the 3yr/ 36k warranty is not what it used to be. Stay away from this dealer if service is important to you. Because theirs is TERRIBLE!!! More
I took my car in on a Monday for a check engine light. The representative told me it would probably be a couple of days, but they might be able to get to it that day. By Friday we still had not heard anything despite leaving messages for both the representative and the service manager, so we went to the dealership to check status. After waiting around for about 30 minutes, we were finally able to talk to the representative. He told us that it would now be the middle of the next week before they would be able to even look at it. When we finally got the report, we decided not to do the repairs. We will be buying a new car instead, but definitely not at this dealership and probably not even a Ford because of the poor service and lack of communication we received from the service department. More

The service provider Kip Moore is a friendly and knowledgeable person who makes sure that everything is expect nothing but the best service possible. The entire service department is bar none, from James to Matt to the technicians they're prompt, knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of.
