Autonation Ford Burleson is without a doubt the worst dealership I have ever dealt with regarding service. I scheduled my first appointment online and requested a loaner. When I got to the dealership there was no loaner available and I had no choice but to reschedule the appointment after driving 25 miles. The second attempt I met with Fernando Cano who lied to me about the repairs on my vehicle and once again left with nothing done. I tried one last time with service advisor Matthew and the complete lack of communication made it impossible to do business with this dealership. Once you drop your vehicle off you won’t hear from them again until you show up and track down a person in person to speak with. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this dealership for your service needs trust me you won’t regret it. More
RUN! Complete lying scam artists! DO NOT buy from this place EVER! Bought a 2020 Explorer ST from them a month ago with 11k miles on it and already had to have it towed! We have left multiple messages with the sales manager as well as our sales rep Kimberly and neither one of them will return our calls because they know they are in the wrong. They sold us a car that had a recall with the engine temperature sensors without fixing it. If ZERO stars were an option that’s what I would be leaving. April 9, 2021 - My daughter and I dropped off her 2015 Ford Fiesta last Friday April 2, 2021 to AutoNation Ford Burleson because there is something wrong with the transmission and there was a metal on met Ford Fiesta last Friday April 2, 2021 to AutoNation Ford Burleson because there is something wrong with the transmission and there was a metal on metal grinding on the driver sides wheel when you make a left hand turn. She made an appointment and the minute we got there the man started giving her the run around about her car telling her that she didn't know what she was talking about. He then proceeded to tell her what was wrong with her car without anyone looking at it. First he told her that it was an electrical board that might be bad she told him that had been replaced last September he then told her well its the clutch and that was replaced last September too. After she told him that he didn't know what to say or do and he never addressed the wheel. She then proceeded to see about getting a rent a car for either her father or I and the guy told us that they didn't have any rent a cars. We ended up letting them take the care which was a big mistake. My daughter never heard from them, she had to call to find out what was going on with her car and every time she called she would get the run around or no one would answer the phone. Finally Wednesday, afternoon Janna called her and told her that they hooked the car up to the diagnostics computer and couldn't find anything wrong with it but they check the grinding on the drivers side wheel and she said ok and no one called her to let her know anything. After ignoring her for a week I went up to the dealership to find out what was going on and they had me talk to Cody and Janna and let me tell you neither know what they are doing. Janna tried to tell me that my daughter never tried to call her and I asked her if she was calling my daughter a lier because I know for a fact she called you several times. Cody then jumped up and said that they are having phone issues and that is probably why Janna never received her calls. I told him that he was full of xxxx that I knew that was a lie because I was able to get through today. Janna then proceeded to tell me that she had sent the paper work to get the wheel looked out and I found out that was a lie. She never sent the paper work to the mechanic or emailed the mechanic and the car was just sitting back in the back untouched. When I asked Cody to speak to the mechanic that was working on the car he told me that the mechanic was off today. I also mentioned to Cody that the man last Friday told my daughter that they didn't have any rent a cars that was a lie because Cody told me that they could get us one. Janna went to talk to Cody and she didn't realize I followed her and I over heard her tell Cody she dropped the ball and she screwed up that she never talked to a mechanic. After I heard this I blew up and lost my mind and demanded that I get my daughter's car back right now. Of course they started apologizing and trying to make it better but the damage was already done. After me loosing my xxxx in the dealership they finally went back and go my daughter's car and before I left I let everyone know that I was never take my car or buy a care from their dealership again. They are the most incompetent dealership and people I have ever dealt with in my live they have no clue what they are doing at this dealership. The Three Stooges could do a better job than the people at this dealership. More

December 1, 2020 - Went to AutoNation Ford Burleson to make an appointment for the panoramic sunroof to be repaired for the 5th time. I was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor told me I could dr make an appointment for the panoramic sunroof to be repaired for the 5th time. I was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor told me I could drop it off. I expected them to be busy and an appointment would assure me they’d work on it at the specified date. Since it’s been two months ago I don’t remember the full details except that communication was horrible and it took 15 days for me to get my truck back. $2985 repair – warranty! A couple of days after I got it I opened the sliding rear window and the sunroof shade started flapping so now it has to go back because they didn’t get it fixed correctly. I make an appointment for January 18th @ 9am thinking pop it back in the track and no biggie, I’ll have it back that night. PLEASE!!! Seems making an appointment to have your vehicle looked at means you just have a time to drop it off and they’ll look at it when they can. It took 2 days before I got a call back from the service advisor saying the part that is now faulty, which was not faulty before it was fixed in December, will need to be approved by the warranty company or it’ll be a $1800 repair. So, I send over the paperwork and he submits everything and works with them to get it covered. That’s 1 week. Now we wait for parts, but I didn’t get a call to update me, so I must make contact, by email so everything is in writing. On Friday I get a response saying that ‘Ford sent the wrong color and the replacement will be here Tuesday’. That’s 2 weeks. Tuesday night I email the service advisor just to see if the parts arrived and if they have a timeframe of when the truck will be done. Thursday afternoon and still no response from him. I know the email is correct, I clicked reply on his previous email. Since December 1st 2020 My truck has been in the shop for 33 of the 66 days as of Feb 4. More
Brought my 2020 F-150 in for first oil change. Cody then handed handed me the paperwork, pointed me to cashier and walked away without mentioning my concern. Nothing was said or done with the defective installation. This is an act of Very Poor customer service. With all the “Talk” about wanting satisfied customers this was a bad experience with ANF. Please remember there are many Ford dealerships out there. I will find a different one!! More

I had transmission issues with my personal 18 mustang the first 2 (Car accelerated by itself... Major Safety Issue). The guy did not want to attempt to have someone look at it that day during my scheduled time and wasted my time. (No rental car so I was stuck). Thanks Bryant Irving location for fixing it and taking care of the rental. Now I have my company car 19 Fusion with the seat belt locked. He told me to park it in line and it might take 4+ hours to look at it and it WILL NOT BE FIXED (His words not mine). Really??? I do not even think he was listening that it was a seat belt issue. My mistake was not getting a warranty on it but I had bought the last four cars from them so I was confident that I would get another good vehicle. It definitely looked the part. Had electrical issues when I bought it and Melvin was aware of it and I told Tim when I signed the paperwork he said that Melvin would be taken care of that for me. Was never done. Before I bought it they had it twice trying to figure out what was wrong with the electrical but I don’t think anyone even bothered looking at it. They never once had an answer but they did assure me it would be taken care of. Never was. Also about a month and a half later still didn’t have my plates. Had to keep calling and finally they told me it was never inspected and I had to drive all the way back up to do that and I honestly don’t think they even looked at this car before they sold it to me. Anyways. Long story short. I am the typical single mom that had to get my past vehicles at the “tote the note” lots and this mess is exactly the type of problems that you get from those kind of lots. I was so excited to finally not have to deal with those types of vehicles. A nice reliable dealership that would not sell those kinds of vehicles. Not sure if it was because of my status as a single mother or that I was just a woman that could be suckered because that’s what I was used to for so long with that type of vehicle. Anyways. The rocker on driver side is out cam shaft has to be replaced transmission has to be serviced or something and it keeps jumping into 1 gear and no one can figure out what’s going on with the electrical. They however were very nice about going and picking up my vehicle after I told them what was going on and towed it to their facility but also sent it to meader Chrysler to be Evaluated but no one returns calls!!!! If meader hadn’t text me I would still not know where the heck my car is!! When I finally got someone to take my call they told me I needed to chill out! Went to see what they would give me to trade since couldn’t get anyone to take my calls and they wanted to give me significantly less. I’m not saying they owe me a new vehicle or get anything for free but if I can’t rely on a good car and that they look them over before I buy them. Why would I want to buy one from them. I bet there is no paperwork on this car where they looked it over mechanic wise anyways. But no responses or returned calls?!?! I don’t know if I would feel comfortable buying another vehicle from this place at this point. And they have had it going on two weeks and still nothing. I finally just told meader Chrysler to fix it and I’ll just have to eat my 6k I put down and will never ever buy another car from these crooks. I’m not even bothering with AutoNation anymore. I am however going to report to the consumer disputes. More
