Was given estimate of additional work to be done of an hour. Work finally completed 2 hours after time estimated. 3 hours for a 1 hour job. Reason given was that technician was stopping job in progress on hour. Work finally completed 2 hours after time estimated. 3 hours for a 1 hour job.
