Had appointment at 7:15 truck set for 1 hour or so. Tech took it in and set again for a while. Took brakes apart then it set for 30 min or so before being worked on again. AutoNation Ford Burleson needs better training and/or hold the Techs & Service Reps accountable for a "Job Done Right". I asked the Customer Service Rep to be sure that the Tires were Rotated when I bro hold the Techs & Service Reps accountable for a "Job Done Right". I asked the Customer Service Rep to be sure that the Tires were Rotated when I brought my F150 for Check Engine light & oil change. My truck needed a new O2 sensor and oil change. In addition to not Rotating the Tires, the Tech did not reset the Oil Life indicator. This is the second time in a row that the Service Tech failed to reset the Oil Life indicator. Are they actually changing the oil in my vehicle or just charging more than $100 to say they did? More
