Was given estimate of additional work to be done of an hour. Work finally completed 2 hours after time estimated. 3 hours for a 1 hour job. Reason given was that technician was stopping job in progress on hour. Work finally completed 2 hours after time estimated. 3 hours for a 1 hour job. Reason given was that technician was stopping job in progress on my vehicle to perform multiple vehicle inspections. I gave a 3 instead of a 1 or 2 because I have historically received good service at this location. Dealership did give me an unsolicited, significant price break because of the delay. More
