Set up to meet online, fast, easy, in and out with my new car in 3 hours. Clint was a very knowledgeable salesman especially with it being a Subaru. The finance was easy and they gave many options. The communication is non existent. They had my car for over a week just to tell me they can’t fix it. I have had issues with it since I drive it home and coincidentally the warranty covers absolutely noth over a week just to tell me they can’t fix it. I have had issues with it since I drive it home and coincidentally the warranty covers absolutely nothing. They also put my JEEP warranty under FORD ONLY. Not autonation like they do all the other uses cars. More

After picking it up it stopped working only one exit down the road, leaving my very sick daughter and I stranded, again. (She ended up staying a full week in the icu right after this.) Turns out they didn’t even test drive it to attempt to get the same errors. They didn’t even look at it, for 3 months. They had it longer than we did and then have the audacity to keep hounding us to leave them reviews. Waste of our time and money. Lesson learned. Never do anything with this place. More
Service department does not return calls or supply and form of update on the vehicles. We had our vehicle here for over 3 weeks and were told they could not find anything wrong and that was after weeks of form of update on the vehicles. Honestly doubt they even drove it or they would have been able to tell within minutes. Worst service experience ever. Took it elsewhere and was able to get answers back in 2 days. More

Dropped off my 2020 F250 King Ranch for a window issue that was an issue since purchasing in December and oil change (truck has 1700 miles on it) was told that may not be cover under warranty???
