NO STAR REVIEW,Absolute garbage. The finance officer NO STAR REVIEW, Absolute garbage. The finance officer Taylor did his job well, but the salesperson was the worst I've ever dealt with. She had no int NO STAR REVIEW, Absolute garbage. The finance officer Taylor did his job well, but the salesperson was the worst I've ever dealt with. She had no interest after the sale to update status of vehicle for pickup, Several e-mails and phone calls were ignored, and every indirect phone call to the main line including one to the manager was ignored or abruptly sent to her voicemail. And I am still waiting for the paperwork packet to be sent, or at least advised how it will be sent. There is after all important papers in the folder I need. This was the third vehicle I have purchased from the Autonation franchise and assuredly will be the last. I am however completely satisfied with the vehicle purchased and all the terms and rates and coverages. Too bad.... MrBC More
