I brought in my Ford Explorer to have the recall work done. I scheduled an 8:30 am appointment which I was a few minutes early. However, they promptly took my vehicle in. I was under the impression that it would take a couple of hours so I was shocked when I returned that afternoon around 4pm to discover my vehicle had not been serviced. I did receive a call back around 6:30 pm that evening that my vehicle was ready. I returned the following day in which I was greeted by a sincerely apologetic Service Advisor, Christian. He explained that the service team was working on IPO's?? More
I took my F150 in to get a prepaid oil change and have the paint touched up per the appearance package I had purchased a year ago. I was informed service did not handle the appearance package and they wou the paint touched up per the appearance package I had purchased a year ago. I was informed service did not handle the appearance package and they would give me a brochure to explain how to utilize this paid benefit. Due to the lack of help at the end of the day, the assistant service manager told me he would email my paperwork for todays service and failed to give me the brochure. Also, when checking in he told me I needed the recall service on my cameras. I told him I had brought the vehicle in for that at a previous scheduled appointment. He told me it wasn't done due to the parts were never ordered. He ordered them during this visit and would still need to get the vehicle back in at a later date to do the repair. I was never told at the time months ago that it had not been done. More
$180 for an oil change, three hour wait, then charge m $45 dollars for a new set of locking lugs where you lost the original to begin with. The Dealership provided service for the recall on my car, however, instead of doing the invoice under my name they invoiced it under my sister's name whom I live with. I had referred my sister to this Dealer however, instead of doing the invoice under my name they invoiced it under my sister's name whom I live with. I had referred my sister to this Dealership, however, we each bought our own cars through them. I have asked them to correct the error so that the repair reflects on my records and not my sister's records. To my knowledge this has not been done, because I have not been forwarded a receipt indicating the correction. Christian Asbury was very courteous and helpful. More
