I scheduled a Front End Alignment for 10:00am. While I waited for the job to be done, I walked around the lot looking for a "New" F-350 DRW Diesel, King Ranch or above to replace my 2019 F-350 King Ranch; waited for the job to be done, I walked around the lot looking for a "New" F-350 DRW Diesel, King Ranch or above to replace my 2019 F-350 King Ranch; I love the Truck but I also want some of the "New" Technology available on the newer model. I walked around for 45 minutes, no one ask if they could help. No problem, I will buy somewhere else. I waited another 15 minutes for my Truck to be finished. After waiting an hour, they had not even taken the truck into the shop; I got my keys and left, Never to return to AutoNation Ford again!!! What a Truly Disgusting Dealership!!! More

Arrived at open, was told 1hr wait for oil change, 4hrs later, my oil finally got changed .. an oil change! Part of the delay was tech error who left the original filter seal on, then added a second one wi later, my oil finally got changed .. an oil change! I had an appointment for 11 and showed up at 10:45. I waited for about 20 minutes for anyone to actually talk to me. I kept having service representatives tell me they would be with me shortly. I was frustrated because I was first in line and one of the reps went to a man first that was last in line behind me, and the customer even told him that. The rep said that’s okay I already have all your stuff ready and you’re good to go. That’s cool to have a buddy but you have to honor the line system. Also, I don’t like when reps try to sell me stuff. I’m a female and I know that we are taken advantage of when it comes to our cars. Fortunately, I know better because of my dad. Also, it took 3 hours for my vehicle to be finished, and they didn’t even wash the car. So overall I’m bummed from my experience. I know they elected super busy and probably low staffed. I get it, but it’s the little things I look at that make or break my expectations and experience. More
