Everything started off smooth and was happy with my purchase. Until exactly a week later my transmission starts going out on a vehicle they say was certified with their 125 point inspection. Not only am I currently out of a car right now but Everytime I call and try to speak to a Manager or someone to give me a status of my vehicle or try to get a rental I get no answer and have left numerous of messages and no one has yet to return them. The only option is to drive from North Fort Worth to the dealership to try and get some answers my questions. This really sucks as I paid for a vehicle I’m unable to drive and can’t get anyone to answer. I understand they will fix the car but no one is willing to help me with a loaner vehicle as that’s why I was in the market because I needed something reliable and currently have nothing. I’m sure this may be a one off but seems like they don’t care about customer service. Had it been their car I’m sure things would be different. More

Last time I will take my car to this dealership, price for an oil change doubled and the reason was they have to use Ford products only and I don’t buy it plus I was not warned ahead of time. For some reason you can’t pay at the cashiers office you have to wait for the service writer, Fernando, to deal with other customers and phone calls – this is ridiculous and probably the reason they don’t come out and take care of you when you drive up. I’ve been a customer for many many years and I’ll be finding a new place to take care of my vehicles. More
