And call me crazy but this starter that had to be replaced cost $1000.00!! They did give me a discount however and we ended up paying about $400 in the end. Service needs WAY BETTER communication but our salesman MIKE BARROW is fantastic as always. More

Everything started off smooth and was happy with my purchase. Until exactly a week later my transmission starts going out on a vehicle they say was certified with their 125 point inspection. Not only am I currently out of a car right now but Everytime I call and try to speak to a Manager or someone to give me a status of my vehicle or try to get a rental I get no answer and have left numerous of messages and no one has yet to return them. The only option is to drive from North Fort Worth to the dealership to try and get some answers my questions. This really sucks as I paid for a vehicle I’m unable to drive and can’t get anyone to answer. I understand they will fix the car but no one is willing to help me with a loaner vehicle as that’s why I was in the market because I needed something reliable and currently have nothing. I’m sure this may be a one off but seems like they don’t care about customer service. Had it been their car I’m sure things would be different. More
