Service advisor Fernando Cano was very customer service orientated. He did everything he could to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. He was aware that I had to have the vehicle towed in to you orientated. He did everything he could to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Worked on two of my vehicles, neither were actually repaired after one month at the service department. One vehicle $15,000 bill for contaminated diesel repair, 4 weeks after repair, the same Warnin repaired after one month at the service department. One vehicle $15,000 bill for contaminated diesel repair, 4 weeks after repair, the same Warning message on vehicle! They would not acknowledge any relation, even though had 2 yr warranty on repair. Offered to repair second time at the actual cost $7700…no thanks! Don’t expect anyone at this dealership to return your call either! 10 calls to them and no returned calls from Matt Masters, James Holloman, or GM Paul Solomon! More
