The Service is always great, however the wait time is another story. I made an appointment for 8:00 am, got there at 7:45 and left at 10:45. 3 hours for an oil change and to fix a recall. They asked m another story. I made an appointment for 8:00 am, got there at 7:45 and left at 10:45. 3 hours for an oil change and to fix a recall. They asked me if I was going to wait so they knew. That wasted a lot of my time just waiting. Linda and my advisor did check on me several times but there has to be a faster way around this. More
