The current economy has had a significant impact on this dealership. They arr very obviously short handed and that has had a negative impact on their customer setvice communication and vehicle service turn dealership. Most communication, in attempting to obtain job ststus informstion, has been customer originated. Never able to reach the assigned service adviser by phone. Automated phone system is difgicult to work with and always have to leave messages. On a recent call the automated phone system connected me to the service manager' s voice mail. I left a messages. Finally got a rride to the dealership to talk with anyone in the service department only to learn that the service manager had quit. They completed the requested service work a week later. More
Bought my F150 there new, service had always been great. Possible repairs that might need to be looked at in the future are brought to my attention. There was one small issue and that was with communication but not the dealers or service advisors fault but a cell phone service issue. Matt did a great job of trying to contact me and showed me his attempts to contact me when my truck was ready, my truck was ready as promised but for what ever reason nothing was getting to me. More
