I made an appointment with the Call Center, told the young lady what service I needed, and she scheduled the appointment. I showed up at my appointment time and wasn't even acknowledged by the service young lady what service I needed, and she scheduled the appointment. Then, when I told the guy why I was there, to figure out why my "check engine" light was on, he said they wouldn't even get a chance to look at my truck for a couple weeks. A couple weeks?! So, I made another appointment so I could bring my truck back and drop it off. Again, when I showed up for my appointment, no acknowledgement, so I just started walking in the many service reps doors until I found someone that would talk to me. Douglas is one of the most unfriendly service advisors I've met. He couldn't give me a date of when they would even look at my truck. My truck was there almost three weeks. I had to call to get updates on the progress of the repair. When I picked up my truck, Douglas said he would email my invoice....that was four days ago and I still don't have it. The service at this dealership is pathetic. I will not return. More

Ive had good service there. Lately I have taken my truck in and ordered parts for it as there are several things I need to have done. So far so good. My only concern is that I cant get anyone to call in regards to the ordered parts. I go from the parts department to voicemail and dont get a call back. Unfortunately I only have so much time to leave my truck for service as I need it for ranch work and have 2 days during the week I can bring it. Im waiting on a mirror assembly that needs to be replaced as mine got smashed. I do understand this place is very busy. Everyone has been very nice there and I appreciate this very much. Service department writers and management is a complete joke. They will not return calls (even General Manager) and are so disorganized they cant even keep their stories straight. Its a shame that corporate has allowed this type of thing to happen in our once small town where honesty and a handshake means everything. More

I continue to receive excellent service for my Expedition. My low tire pressure warning light came in and I was unable to find an operating air compressor throughout Burleson. Carlos and the team quickly inspected the tire, made necessary repair (plugged hole) and got me back out within an hour. Great and timely service to unexpected / unknown issue. More
