Worst dealership ever! Service department doesn’t explain prices on anything. Make sure you ask prices on repair before leaving your vehicle with them. If you get an oil change with them make sure they check your fluid levels. They don’t use motor craft parts when changing oil unless you request (which I didn’t know that). I’m literally going to be getting rid of my vehicle to get away from AutoNation. Don’t buy their warranty package it’s a joke. In all Autonation is a joke. Update: I went to another Ford dealership (not an Autonation) the service manager there was able to pull a technical service bulletin on my car with my VIN and found out thAT my EGR COOLER needs to be replace without charging me a diagnostic fee. I took my truck in for a whining noise and they said that is was rear differential, they rebuilt the differential and drove the truck and there were still issues with the differential, they then issued a req is was rear differential, they rebuilt the differential and drove the truck and there were still issues with the differential, they then issued a request to replace the whole rear end and the problem was solved at no expense to me!
