I Just brought my F350 (10k mile service) and F250 (60k mile service) and I been going to Burleson Ford for over twenty years and the service has always been great! You must leave your car for a possible 2 weeks to get work done on your car. Why can’t you get an appointment like a doctors office and they text you reminders. 2018 Ford F150. I made an appointment for 0800 on a Monday morning for warranty work. I had 3 things that needed attention. My service advisor said a few days. By Friday no work had been done and I was told I could pick up my truck on Saturday. Why did they have the truck for 6 days and not do any work you ask. I was told they needed approval for the parts? I have proof that I spent over 4k for Platinum extended service. In any event I was called on Tuesday to bring truck back. I made another appointment for 9am on Thursday. They replaced a wheel hub (2nd one in 6 mos, and the radio/navigation system 2nd in about a year and fixed the warning light for the rr door (didn't work when I bought the truck). I picked up the truck on Friday at 1800. Look I've bought many cars/trucks from these guys and I really like them. My personal opinion is that with a little more communication this could be avoided or at least manageable. Everybody answers to a higher authority and I get it. Look at it, figure out what you need. Call me, then have me bring back when you have the parts. easy peasy. Call me, call me, call me. takes about 30-45 seconds of your day. Will I buy another truck from these guys? Heck yeah. Oh and I left a msg for service manager to call on wed of the first week and never heard from him. More
