Look… buying a car can be iffy sometimes… lots of times… I’ve been looking for a new Bronco for a few months and was pretty specific about exactly what I wanted. Burleson Ford happened to have one that I wanted with 95% of the configuration I was looking for and was within a decent drive from my place - awesome. I worked with Kimberly. Wow. What a refreshing experience. I’ve worked in sales in the past. I get it… but so many sales people are pushy, etc… Kimberly was not. Great experience dealing with her. Open/honest/transparent/efficient. The experience with the finance department, when that time came, was what you’d expect from a finance dept. Nice enough individuals but were hardcore pushing add-ons, up-sells, etc… That said, I feel like they gave me a relatively fair offer on my trade in. All in all, I’d buy another vehicle from these guys in a heartbeat (and it was a 300 mile round trip for me to snag it). More

Amazing service center! My Ford Focus, still under warranty, blew an engine. Another Ford dealer in ft. Worth where we bought it, told us it would be 3-4 months before the My Ford Focus, still under warranty, blew an engine. Another Ford dealer in ft. Worth where we bought it, told us it would be 3-4 months before they could get it fixed. They had no loaner cars. We had it taken to AutoNation Ford Burleson and Matt, had it diagnosed, repairs started within 10 days, got us a loaner car, and returned to us in two weeks! They kept us informed and updated. My husband is disabled and so many doctor appointments each week, our only car broken....total nightmare. Matt and AutoNation Ford went above and beyond to get us on the road again! I have been to this dealership before but this time it just took too long. I came in for an oil change and it took 5 hours. I understand some places are suffering because of shortage of staff but there n just took too long. I came in for an oil change and it took 5 hours. I understand some places are suffering because of shortage of staff but there needs to be better communication. Tell the customer up front that it will be a long wait time. I came in @7 in the morning as soon as they opened even than it took that long. After I had been there 3 hours without an update I got up to ask for an update and never heard anything until an hour later I guess the guy remembered that I had asked, only then he went and said my truck was in the shop. That's all he said, he didn't explain at what stage it was in or if was going to be another 30 minutes or another 2 hours, all he said was it's in the shop. When the truck was done I received a call and went up and paid. He handed me the key and told me my truck was out in the parking lot somewhere, he told me to use the horn button on the key so I could find it. It was parked in the back and when I got there there was a bag over the seat and a paper on the floor mat which is used so the technician does not get the seat dirty but I expected that this would not be left in the truck. I just ended up with some trash in the cabin. Also I would like to add that other places offer a ride home if it is going to be a long wait time, this way the person does not have to wait that long. If I would of had a ride home I could of just came back when the truck was ready. More
