This location has the worst service not to mention they sold a car that is unsafe to drive! They had my 2019 Jeep Wrangler for 16weeks and the Jeep is still doing the “death wobble” so problem is not fixe More

I have yet to hear from any management or even the corporate office. The fact that this dealership sold a car that is unsafe to drive is disturbing. They kept the Jeep for repairs for 16 weeks and on my way home from picking up the Jeep i experienced the same death wobble . The problem was not fixed. I also found out that Now I had to take my car back to the service department and have no vehicle to drive even though I’m have made 4 monthly payments. I am a single mom that is now force to use public transportation because this dealerships dealership was notified of additional repairs to fix the Jeep properly and they denied the service! The management will not even pick up a phone to call or repsond to any emails as well as not respond to the corporate complaint. The 90 day guarantee they promote has no value as I reported this issue within 24 hours of having the Jeep and here we are almost 5 months later and I still don’t have my Jeep and there has been no attempt to communicate or make things right by the dealership! If you are looking for reliable car or great customer service…. Stay away from Autonation Burelson Ford!!! How can this be legal? They have responsibilities as a seller !!! The worst experience ever!!
