Do not buy a used car from this dealership. They do not inspect used cars to see if they are sellable. I bought a Toyota Rav 4 and they informed me it drove fine. We drove it a couple days and it kept skipping when pressing on the gas pedal. They serviced the car, which took 7 weeks, and had to replace the engine mounts and fix the air conditioner. I told them to check the transmission since that was the issue with our previous car. Keep in mind, I tried to return this car 3 times. I even informed them the vehicle should never had been in the lot for sale. They said the transmission had no issues. We have driven the car for a little over 2 months with it being at our mechanic’s shop for another issue. The second time in the shop we were advised ( surprise, surprise) the transmission is going out. I will never do business with this dealership ever. You can’t get a hold of anyone in the service department. The service department takes forever and doesn’t do a good job. Management lies to you and the salesman we had did not even give us the time of day. Barely waited on us. Didn’t even take the time to test drive with us or go over the car’s features because another client was buying a brand new vehicle. Avoid this dealership at all costs is my recommendation. More
