I have had multiple issues with the service department! The lack of communication was unbelievable! My service advisor was let go or quit in the middle of my service so communication did get better. I brought my car in for a noise in the rear end and they told me it was fixed and I got there to pick it up and it still had the noise so I left it again. They had my car for 3 weeks for an oil change and the noise. I got a notice on my FordPass app that my tire was low the day before picking it up. They were suppose to rotate my tires and didn’t do that until I ask specifically if they had then finally they did. The was the second horrible experience I had with them! More
Brought my vehicle in with some rough idle issues. I had taken it to another dealer, who wanted to charge me 5000 dollars for a guess. Careless, sloppy work -did not finish before sending truck home - did not clear the engine code which was still lit up indicating a problem, had to drive right back upon their request and after fighting truck home - did not clear the engine code which was still lit up indicating a problem, had to drive right back upon their request and after fighting traffic was told our rep was out to lunch and no one was going to help, got upset and said I wasn't going to wait for him to return from lunch and there must be someone who could help, so one person out a room full all just sitting around eating and yakking, jumped up walked to my truck, stuck a key in and cleared the code which took a few seconds and it was done, he then huffed off without a word and left me standing there with no explanation of any kind, next day manager never returned my call when I had a question More
This has been the best experience I have ever had at a Ford Dealership. They were so helpful explained and showed me what was wrong with my vehicle and furnished me with a vehicle to drive while I waited Ford Dealership. I had a recall on my vehicle and called and spoke with Andrew in the service department. They set up the appointment and had fast service when I arrived. I received a message with issues with my vehicle and pictures to provide information on things I was unaware of. Not only did they fix 3 or 4 more recalls that I was unaware of they worked with me on my cost and helped me get my vehicle back and repaired in a timely manner.
