The entire staff in the service area was very entertaining. Joking with each other, taking care of the customers and all of the paperwork in a very smooth flow, but still having a great time. This is why this is the only place I go to get my car serviced. Thank you for being there and make me feel safe. I’m getting the best service for my older vehicles open my next one from there too. After arriving at dealer, it started and was moved to parking spot. That was on a Friday. I texted the service advisor a day later after recalling the error message I got when the engine quit. "Service Advancetrak." On Tuesday I went back to ask for a loaner and it was still sitting in the same spot. When I left with the loaner, the truck apparently was moved into the service bay. We were contacted by service advisor to let us know it was repaired. The service advisor could not adequately explain how the repair was related to the error message. On the service/warranty repair ticket, it indicated that a solenoid in the transmission needed to be replaced. Not related to the Advancetrak message. When we arrived to pick up the truck, a different service advisor brought the truck around. I asked to speak with the service tech, he wasn't there. I asked to speak with the service manager, also not there. I explained my concerns to the advisor and my lack of confidence in the service dept. This was based on a past experience with the same vehicle which ran out of oil after having it 3 months. Turned out a defect in the motor which we had replaced at Gilbert Ford in Okeechobee who has a phenomenal service dept. My truck is sitting in the driveway because I'm afraid to drive it since no one can explain how the error message is related to a solenoid in the transmission. Google research shows no related issues. Bottom line, I've made a deal to trade in this truck for a new truck at a different dealership. No confidence in AutoNation, no follow up either. If I could give them a zero I would. Never going back! More

I have had multiple issues with the service department! The lack of communication was unbelievable! My service advisor was let go or quit in the middle of my service so communication did get better. I brought my car in for a noise in the rear end and they told me it was fixed and I got there to pick it up and it still had the noise so I left it again. They had my car for 3 weeks for an oil change and the noise. I got a notice on my FordPass app that my tire was low the day before picking it up. They were suppose to rotate my tires and didn’t do that until I ask specifically if they had then finally they did. The was the second horrible experience I had with them! More

I had a recall on my vehicle and called and spoke with Andrew in the service department. They set up the appointment and had fast service when I arrived. Not only did they fix 3 or 4 more recalls that I was unaware of they worked with me on my cost and helped me get my vehicle back and repaired in a timely manner. Thank you AutoNation Ford and also a big thanks to Andrew for his kindness and hard work in making me feel respected as a Ford owner. -Robert B More
