I had moved here from Michigan and the dealer in Michigan was not able to fix the oil leaks for a month. I brought my vehicle to AutoNation Ford and they verified that I indeed did have an oil leak. I had was not able to fix the oil leaks for a month. I brought my vehicle to AutoNation Ford and they verified that I indeed did have an oil leak. I had to return and my vehicle was kept for two days, but the problem was fixed. I might add this was supposed to have been fixed by the dealer in Michigan, but was not. I was very pleased with the service I received and I might add that Jay did call me to keep me posted on the progress and about when my vehicle would be ready for pickup. She was right on the money with all the details. Like I said the experience was good and I will definitely return for any service needed on my vehicle to AutoNation Ford. More

We were having our new cell phone connected to the Blue Tooth/Sync system, when it was discovered that our battery was weak, on further checking, it was discovered that there was a crack in the battery. I purchased a used ford f-150 with only 47,000 miles on it. It was riding rough and vibrating and shaking. I Brought it in for service. Was told the drive shaft was shot. They must not have driven the truck after the replacement because when I took it home, it was riding as rough as before. The service associate said it may be a bad tire, however, I had put new tires on in the prior week. Two days later, while on the highway, twice the check engine light was flashing and the truck was severely shaking worse than usual. I video taped this on my cell phone. The engine light flashed for a few minutes. At this point it is still driving like crap all the time. I told the service associate I was sure it was a misfire. I took the truck back to Autoway Service and was told there were no codes and the rocky vibration is just a normal characteristic of the truck. So I have a truck that gives me a headache to drive. Two days later, again on the highway, the truck started shaking and the check engine light flashing then went to steady orange. I drove straight back to the dealership. They promptly scanned and advised that the codes revealed a fault in the # 7 spark plug and coil pack. They replaced the spark plug and coil promptly the next morning. I was happy to hear that they were not charging me for the work done as I had been there so many times. I would have been happier to pay if the truck was actually fixed. Upon further investigation, I find out this is the 4th spark plug and 3rd coil pack replaced by this dealership on this truck. I then inquired, if 4 out of the 8 plugs have gone bad, wouldn't that suggest that the other 4 need to be replaced and/or there is an underlying problem causing the plugs to fault. I was blown off and assured the problem was resolved. Well, there is some improvement, the truck still rides rough and appears to be jerking/hicupping as I am driving, which means the other spark plugs need to be replaced as well. So, now I guess I will take it somewhere else to get the rest of the work done and be inconvenienced yet again. More
We purchased the extended warranty when we bought a used car in 2010. When the moan roof stopped working we took it back for service. When we got the car back it was covered in grease and dirt, all over the car in 2010. When the moan roof stopped working we took it back for service. When my husband asked why it wasn't cleaned prior to us picking it up, one of the employees blamed my 3 year old daughter....even for the mechanics grease around the moon roof we just had them fix.... Not soon after the items that had to be removed to fix the moon roof started falling off, so we took it back for more repairs (for the items that were broken when they "fixed" the car. We were again accused of intentionally breaking these items! One of the salesman even told my husband that they hope to never see him again. My husband had to get loud and aggressive to get them to fix these items. After getting the car back, guess what, the moon roof wasn't working yet again! After getting the car backs again adds, we started noticing a rattling from the backseat, from under the roof, which had been taken off to fix the moon roof. My husband called the dealership and he was told to come back in on a Saturday morning. When he showed up no one was aware that we had an appointment and why we were there. After finally being acknowledged my husband was told to talk with a salesman to get a car to drive while ours was being worked on. None of the salesmen had any idea of what my a husband was asked to do, and when my husband began to get upset, from multiple times of being screwed abounds, they called him a jerk and threatened to call the police. All we wanted was for the repairs to be performed, as stated under the warranty, and have them fixed right the first time, no more no less. We have been call names, treated like xxxx and made to feel like we are putting them out. I could, never in a million years, imagine being treated like this from anyone, anywhere, especially a business that thrives on customer service. I would never recommend anyone buy a car here. You may be treated fine when buying the car, but dont expect any respect or true customer service once yours have signed your name on the dotted line. We will never buy another car from here and I have a personal goal of badminton this dealership anywhere I can. Facebook, better business bureau, google and to anyone who will listen. Please heed my advice and shop elsewhere. I juste want to save others the experience we have had. More
