The service dept is run like most in the nation, "problem is going to take several visits before we can figure this out and narrow the solution down" . Fairly new truck with less than 4000 miles, starter won't engage. 3 trips to their service dept and the problem returned within 2 weeks each time. They told me the next fix they were going to try was a $2500 new wiring harness. Went to Advance Auto Parts store and they recommended a new starter relay ($ 23 ) which solved the problem. These folks cost me many wasted hours and $ 560.00 dollars for absolutely no resolution to the problem which I'm thinking they knew how to fix all along. When the counter guy at the auto parts store knows more about fixing a Ford truck than the supposedly "factory trained" ford mechanics, Auto Nation Fords service department deserves a minus rating in my opinion. More

Being a snow bird from Canada I spend approx 5 months here so decided to bring the vehicle back there for a recall on the air bags. I arrived at 9am for a 10:30 Appt and explained I would be biking so hopefully they would get the fix completed ASAP. While there I also asked for an oil change. Came back at 1:30 to see the car outside so my hopes went up. When I went in to speak to the service advisor it took 10 minutes just to find the paper work. He went to talk to the mechanic who said he thought it was for some reprogramming, not the air bag replacement, after several discussions the realized it was a replacement as per the recall. At 2:30 still car outside with me starting to pace. Around 3 pm decided to pull the vehicle, they said it had just been taken into the service bay, not comfortable that I would even get it back same day so asked for the vehicle and will have it done by a dealer back home. Very frustrated More
lie they xxx off drop my truck for service motor missing , i have fidelity carefree car protection . after two week of xxxxxxxxx, Ford said motor not cover by f drop my truck for service motor missing , i have fidelity carefree car protection . after two week of xxxxxxxxx, Ford said motor not cover by fidelity , they said carbon on valves not covered by fidelity, i have a 3.5 motor in a f150 2011 . found out ford being sue for this bad motor . a class action law suit on the 3.5 and the 2..7 ford , ford stop working on the motor . i know it due to the law suit. so i will joint the law suit , ford did not fix my motor and i cost me $616.00 for e xxxx work they done, i call a lawyer yesterday , ford said the miss is from carbon. that is what the class action law suit is about , bad motor More

Wanted to run a diagnostic because brakes make a noise. I went in to get my brakes done and I was in there most of the day waiting for them to finish. Turns out (even though I had made an appointment, they I went in to get my brakes done and I was in there most of the day waiting for them to finish. Turns out (even though I had made an appointment, they did not have a part in stock. They offered to have an aftermarket part brought in so they could finish that day. I agreed to this and they compensated me. So I brought my car home and the next morning when I pulled out of the driveway my brakes made a horrible sound like a semi braking (and my foot was not on the brake. It kept doing that so I brought it back in and told them I thought something was wrong with possibly the aftermarket brake pad that they used. I left and then they called me back about an hour later and said they didn't do anything wrong on the brakes and they would have to re-schedule me for a diagnostic test.. and that I would be charged about $100.00 for that... what?? I called another tire company and they told me it is probably the type of pad that was purchased and that there is no need to run a diagnostic test to find that out.. all you have to do is look at the brakes. I am bringing it in and they are going to check it for me free of charge. I am also getting them to change my oil for much less. So I am no longer going to AutoNation unless I absolutely have to. More

Outstanding Service I had my car in for service. A 2015 Toyota Prius that I purchased from AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park. I have been too busy to get all the way up to I had my car in for service. A 2015 Toyota Prius that I purchased from AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park. I have been too busy to get all the way up to Toyota. I stopped in and saw Andy Spenik on the service drive. As it turns out Andy was the parts and service director. They performed my 20k mile service to toyota standards and even made sure that they used a toyota filter and synthetic oil. What a fantastic experience!!! They exceeded all my expectations and did a fantastic job!! I definitely recommend this dealership!!! Keep up the great work and I will be back!!! More
