The vehicle service provided by every employee was superb. I was in and out for routine maintenance -- including oil change, fluid checks, tire evaluation and rotation, brake inspection and electroni superb. This was once a two hour minimum process. My main contact was courteous and explained everything clearly. Setting up the service by phone was also easy. More

Got to dealership and the service writer Steven Davis took my vehicle back for oil change etc., also found air filter needed changing.Was in and out in just over an hour. I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment to get my cooling system checked out. I made an 8 am appointment and got it there at 7:30 am. I was told I would be called with the information of what the p cooling system checked out. I made an 8 am appointment and got it there at 7:30 am. I was told I would be called with the information of what the problem was and what was needed to fix the issue. It was close to noon and I decided to call my service advisor at which time he stated he was quoting the labor and parts to replace the coolant reservoir. I gave the OK to proceed however he stated they may not be able to finish the work that day. What aggravated me the most was that the had my truck since 7:30 am, but they obviously didnt start troubleshooting immediately. I had to wait until 10:30 the next day to pick it up. Seeing this was my work truck I had to make other arrangements to get a ride to work with all my tools. It is quite obvious the dealership is overbooked with not enough technical help. I stated up front I would need the truck back the same day. My advisor was great I know it isnt his fault, however I will definitely find another place to service my truck in the future. More
