Arrived before my appointment at 2:00pm. Stood in reception area. No one offered to check me in then another customer came in not the area and one of your workers said who’s next and we both raised o reception area. No one offered to check me in then another customer came in not the area and one of your workers said who’s next and we both raised our hands and of course he took the other dude. When I finally got asked to check in the agent said “this is a great time because we’re not very busy”. An hour and a half later (for oil change, inspection and tire rotation) I got my car back. No one ever contacted me to update me. Thinking there might be a problem I went out to the garage to look. It was still on the rack no technician around. I then went to the desk and inquired to be told “shouldn’t be much longer” obviously an uninformed response. Purely perfunctory!! Look the word up if you need to. I will not be back. I will not recommend and I will tell everyone of my experience. You can depend on it. If you happen to in fact actually read this review please don’t make the mistake of thinking I’m looking for a gift. I will accept nothing. You get one shot that’s it. John McDonald More
Excellent customer service from Moses and the team. The needed work was completed, even though it was a short week and my truck returned to me in time for the Christmas weekend. My 11-year-old F150 now dri needed work was completed, even though it was a short week and my truck returned to me in time for the Christmas weekend. Service Manager Dave Knisley and advisor Mathew provided excellent care and service to my vehicle and me as well. The service tech did a great job with car and returned it in very clean condition. Calls to arrange warranty service to address a dead battery in my 2020 Edge ST resulted in a best appointment that was more than 3 weeks out. I then called the parts department to purchase a new batter battery in my 2020 Edge ST resulted in a best appointment that was more than 3 weeks out. I then called the parts department to purchase a new battery that I would install myself. Justin answered the phone and once we discussed the issue, Justin worked with Andrew in Service to get my car in for service the same day. After checking the charging system and the battery, Andrew and the service tech had the battery replaced under warranty while I waited. My review would be 5 stars if the person answering the phone for the service center had helped as much as Justin and Andrew did. More
