Calls to arrange warranty service to address a dead battery in my 2020 Edge ST resulted in a best appointment that was more than 3 weeks out. Justin answered the phone and once we discussed the issue, Justin worked with Andrew in Service to get my car in for service the same day. After checking the charging system and the battery, Andrew and the service tech had the battery replaced under warranty while I waited.
