We had a 9am appt. for an oil change tire rotation and the 30,000 mile service and did not get our vehicle back until after 5pm. I called several times to check on it and no one knew anything, and they kept telling me they would call back in about 10 minutes and that did not happen. The service department has really gone downhill and it seems like there is no leadership!! More

Appt for service, arrived on time. Two hrs later truck still not into shop! Area was like Mad Hatter in Wonderland. Everyone running around. No one accomplishing much. I went for a oil change(full synthetic) on my F-150. I arrived at 10h05 and the service adviser open the work order at 10h08. I got my truck back at 12h03. It’s a long time for a oil change especiall I arrived at 10h05 and the service adviser open the work order at 10h08. I got my truck back at 12h03. Terrible experience again. Scheduled an appointment, dropped off early. Didn't hear anything all day, after 3 calls to inquire about status. First time- had a problem with what I was told when appointment was scheduled and when I dropped off. Multiple people inconvenienced, and no resolution, and problem still not fixed. More
