I went for a oil change(full synthetic) on my F-150. I arrived at 10h05 and the service adviser open the work order at 10h08. I got my truck back at 12h03. It’s a long time for a oil change especiall I arrived at 10h05 and the service adviser open the work order at 10h08. I got my truck back at 12h03. Terrible experience again. Scheduled an appointment, dropped off early. Didn't hear anything all day, after 3 calls to inquire about status. First time- had a problem with what I was told when appointment was scheduled and when I dropped off. Multiple people inconvenienced, and no resolution, and problem still not fixed. More

Andrew was nice. I’ve no complaint about the staff in the service department. It would be nice to not have to wait 2 hours for an oil change.
