I understand about supply chain issues and even staffing problems so the fact that it took nearly 5 weeks to get my truck fixed was not a surprise to me. Went for scheduled oil change. Took over 3 hours. I should have been called to reschedule. everyone in the room was there for 3 hours or more. Inconsiderate of our time. Took over 3 hours. I have a brand new 2022 ford escape hybrid. The back hatch was not opening correctly. I scheduled the appointment for 830am. I arrived at 810am.The line to get to someone was extremely long. The Dealership needs to minimize SCHEDULED Maintenance work wait times. My last appointment last year I waited 2 hours and thought well.... COVID-19 as raging. I waited 3 hours for a standard oil change work wait times. My last appointment last year I waited 2 hours and thought well.... COVID-19 as raging. I waited 3 hours for a standard oil change this time. Unacceptable. The only reason I may consider returning is the Service Advisor Moses Loray! Moses made every attempt to explain why this wait was occurring and he was attentive to my concerns and respectful most of all. He assured me the Service Department and Dealership was aware and actively working to resolve this. Hope so.... spoke with other customers experiencing the same wait time and you will lose customers. To be clear - I had an appointment made a week prior to scheduled time. More
